This page explains what information Genius QR collects and why, in plain terms.

Account information

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we store the name, email address and profile image your provider shares with us, so we can identify your account and show it back to you in Studio.

QR scan data

When someone scans one of your dynamic QR codes, we log the timestamp, device type, and an approximate country and city derived from their IP address, so you can see scan analytics in Studio. We do not store the visitor's IP address itself or any other personally identifying information about the person scanning.

Site analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic to this site. It does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
